The USG Center for Leadership Excellence (CLE) is comprised of three programs: Executive Leadership Institute (ELI), Accelerated Leadership Academy (ALA), and USO Leading for Success. Each program is designed in accordance with the USG Leadership Competency Model. In order to Create a More Educated Georgia, it is imperative that we continuously develop the talent within our entire System.
